We usually ship within 2–3 business days. During drops, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may have customs fees depending on where you are — those are handled by your local government.
4. What’s the return policy?
All sales are final since most of our pieces are limited runs. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.
5. My tracking says delivered, but nothing’s here.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, maybe. Email us quick. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.
8. How should I take care of my Turtlewoods pieces?
We craft everything with comfort in mind — and they’ll last if you show 'em love: Tees + Thermals: Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry or tumble low. Knits + Hoodies: Cold wash, lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking or pilling. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, or the dryer on high — keep it cozy, always.
