SHIPPING POLICY

Orders within the US will ship within 1-3 business days using USPS first class, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority mail. Orders outside the US will ship within 1-3 business days using USPS/UPS international first class mail.

 

All international duties+customs+fees are included in our shipping price. You will not pay additional customs fees after purchase

 

All orders come with tracking numbers.

 

In the case of packages that have been returned to our facilities due to incorrect address or non-collection of package at the place of residence or at the postal office, the customer can choose to re-ship at their expense, or receive a refund for the order minus the shipping expenses and fees.

 

For packages that were not received due to incorrect address given by customer, we are happy to reship the package to the correct address at 50% of the price.

Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders will be subject to:

  • Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy via Global-E. This will be presented to you at checkout.
  • Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders.

Payment of duties at checkout through Global-E covers the following:

  • The stated fees at the time of checkout which includes non-refundable customs duties and taxes.
  • The payment of stated fees at the time of checkout which includes customs duties and taxes.

RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on turtlewoods.us.
  • Orders must be returned by mail only.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Turtlewoods products not purchased from Turtlewoods.us

ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE PERIOD

All sales are final.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/ activity will be flagged in our system.
If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.
